Job Summary

As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the first and lasting impression at Kforce's headquarters, hosting VIP guests and executive clients. You will ensure a seamless, premium experience for all team members, guests, and vendors. Responsibilities include daily reception and concierge tasks, preparing and maintaining the office space, and supporting special projects and ad-hoc initiatives such as executive events and office moves.

Must Have

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and amenity stations; set up meeting rooms
  • Draft and distribute daily briefings outlining visitors, vendors, maintenance, and events
  • Pre-register all visitors in the building security system
  • Serve as primary greeter at reception
  • Monitor phone lines and shared inboxes
  • Track, receive, and deliver packages; manage outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate employee badges with IT support
  • Assist guests with requests as needed
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, hotel concierge, or executive reception
  • Proven white-glove guest service in fast-paced, high-profile settings
  • Polished communication skills; confident with executives and partners
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, phone systems, and ticketing tools
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or overtime during events
  • Strong organizational skills and judgment to prioritize requests

Role Overview: As the Guest Experience Coordinator, you are the first and lasting impression at our headquarters, hosting VIP guests and executive clients. You ensure every team member, guest, and vendor enjoys a seamless, premium experience. Responsibilities include daily reception and concierge tasks, preparing the space before opening, and maintaining it for the next day. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and amenity stations; set up meeting rooms
  • Draft and distribute daily briefings outlining visitors, vendors, maintenance, and events
  • Pre-register all visitors in the building security system
  • Serve as primary greeter at reception
  • Monitor phone lines and shared inboxes
  • Track, receive, and deliver packages; manage outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate employee badges with IT support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-end hospitality, hotel concierge, or executive reception

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, phone systems, and ticketing tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
